Vietnam Yiqi Electric manufacturer describes the precautions and procedures for the operation of the low-voltage distribution cabinet

In electrical operation, the reversal or negligence of the operation sequence may lead to serious safety accidents such as casualties, equipment damage, and large-scale power outages, resulting in serious adverse consequences and even serious social impacts.

Therefore, in every link of electrical engineering, there should be standardized safety regulations, and strict requirements for every staff member of electrical system engineering, especially the production line personnel. Therefore, the problem of electrical safety is also a problem that we cannot ignore. The most basic electrical operation of power transmission and power failure also has a lot of knowledge, let's understand the basic operation of low-voltage distribution cabinet.

Precautions for operating the low-voltage PDC

1, in all and part of the live disk work, maintenance equipment and operating equipment should be separated by clear signs.

2. The secondary winding of current transformer and voltage transformer should have permanent and reliable protective grounding.

3. When working on the secondary circuit of the current transformer in operation, the following safety measures should be taken:

3.1 Do not disconnect the current loop.

3.2 In order to reliably short circuit the secondary coil of the current transformer, a short circuit sheet and a short route must be used. Wire winding is prohibited.

3.2 Do not perform any work on the circuit and wire between the current transformer and the short circuit terminal.

4. When the voltage transformer is working on the second circuit in operation, the following safety measures should be taken:

4.1 Strictly prevent short circuit or grounding

4.2 Insulation tools and gloves should be used, and relevant relay protection devices should be disabled before work if necessary.

4.3 When connecting temporary load, special switches and fuses must be installed.

4.4 When the secondary circuit is energized, in order to prevent the secondary side from a reverse voltage transformer, in addition to the secondary circuit off, the next fuse should be taken.

4.5 Before the secondary circuit is energized or withstand voltage test, the duty officer and relevant personnel should be notified, and personnel should be sent to guard the scene, check the circuit, and confirm that no one can be pressurized.

Procedure For a low-voltage PDC

The low-voltage PDC supplies power normally. Procedure

1) All load switches are disconnected, and ensure that the switch has at least one break point;

2) Make sure the power switch is in the off position;

3) Send the power supply to the operation loop, the status indication is normal;

4) The incoming line switch is an isolation switch and a fixed circuit breaker: first close the isolation switch and then close the circuit breaker;

5) The incoming switch is a drawer frame circuit breaker: first shake the circuit breaker to the working position, and then close the circuit breaker;

6) Observe the changes of voltage and current after closing, and the balance of three-phase voltage and current;

7) After confirming that all the circuit breakers are normal, hang up the warning sign of "Power has been sent".

The low-voltage PDC is normally powered off. Procedure

1) The check signal indicates that the brake is allowed to be pulled;

2) Confirm that all load switches are off;

3) The incoming line switch is an isolation switch and a fixed circuit breaker: first disconnect the circuit breaker, and then separate away from the switch;

4) The incoming switch is the drawer frame circuit breaker: the circuit breaker is opened first, and then the circuit breaker is shaken to the disconnected position;

5) Cut off the circuit breaker operation power;

6) After confirming that the circuit breaker output is out of power, hang up the warning sign of "power failure";

7) If it is necessary to install a ground cable for maintenance, remove the ground cable after maintenance to ensure safety.
