2. The protective conductor in the cabinet shall have a bare terminal connecting to the external protective conductor. If the design does not require it, the minimum cross-sectional area SP of the protective conductor in the cabinet shall not be less than that specified in Table 1.

f. The terminal block is firmly installed, the terminal number is in order, the strong and weak terminals are isolated, and the terminal specifications are compatible with the cross-sectional area of the core wires.

B, cabinet wiring:

a, the current circuit adopts the rated voltage of not less than 750V, core section of not less than 2.5mm2 copper core insulated wire or cable;

B. Except for electronic component circuits or similar circuits, the wires of other circuits shall be copper core insulated wires or cables with a rated voltage of not less than 750V and a core section of not less than 1.5mm2;

c, the secondary circuit connections should be bundled, different voltage levels, AC, DC lines and computer control lines should be bundled and marked; The fixing shall not prevent the pulling out or pushing in of the hand switch or withdrawable component.

C, connecting cabinets, boxes on the electrical appliances and consoles, boards and other moving parts of the wire should meet the following requirements:

c, when connected with electrical appliances, the end is twisted tightly, and there is a non-open terminal terminal or tin, not loose, broken;

d, the two ends of the rotating part are fixed with clips.

D. Materials used for installing the power distribution cabinet:

a, the steel should have no obvious rust, and there is material proof;

b, galvanized screws, galvanized bolts, nuts, spring pads, flat pads;

c, other materials: lead wire, phenolic board, phase paint, anti-rust paint, mixed paint, plastic cable tie, plastic hose, shaped plastic hose, nylon cassette, small white wire, insulating rubber pad, sign plate, enjoining electrode, saw blade, oxygen, acetylene, etc., should meet the quality requirements.
