Second, construction technology

2, equipment transportation, by lifting industry, electrician cooperation. If there is a hanging ring on the top of the cabinet (tray), the sling should be worn in the hanging ring, and if there is no hanging ring, the sling should be hung at the main bearing structure of the four corners, and the sling should not be hung on the equipment components.

3, cabinet (plate) installation, straightening steel. Straighten the curved section steel, and then prefabricate the basic section steel frame according to the requirements of the drawing, and brush the anti-rust paint. According to the position marked in the construction drawings, place the prefabricated steel frame on the reserved iron parts, and use the level or level to level and align. In the leveling process, no more than three spacers should be used. Then, the basic steel frame, embedded iron parts, gaskets with electric welding firmly. The top of the final foundation steel should be 10mm higher than the levelled ground, and the handcart cabinet should be implemented according to the technical requirements of the product.

4. After the installation of the basic steel, weld the two ends of the outdoor ground wire flat steel into the room (with the transformer installation ground wire) and the basic steel, and the welding surface is twice the width of the flat steel, and then brush the basic steel twice with gray paint.

6, cabinet (panel) secondary small wire connection, according to the schematic diagram to check all electrical components on the cabinet (panel) are consistent, its rated voltage and control operation power supply voltage must be consistent. Lay the control cable connection line between the phase and the cabinet according to the drawing. After the control line is calibrated, each core wire is simmered into a circle, and connected to each terminal board with galvanized screws, eye rings and spring pads. Generally, one terminal on each side of the terminal board must press one wire. A maximum of two wires must be pressed. An eye ring must be added between the two wires.

7. Cabinet (plate) test adjustment, high voltage test should be carried out by the test unit approved by the local power supply department. The test standards meet the requirements of the national standard local power supply department and product technical data requirements. Insulation rolling test: Test the resistance of each circuit at the terminal board with a 500V gauge. The resistance must be greater than 0.5MΩ. If the secondary small circuit has transistors, integrated circuits, electronic components, the inspection of this part is not allowed to use a swing meter and bell test, use a multimeter to test whether the circuit is connected. Switch on the temporary control power supply and operation power supply; Remove the upper phase line of the fuse of the control and operation power supply loop in the cabinet (panel) and connect the temporary power supply.

8. The construction unit shall prepare qualified electroscopes, insulating boots, insulating gloves, temporary grounding braided copper wires, insulating rubber pads, powder fire extinguishers, etc. Thoroughly clean all equipment and power distribution room, control room dust. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean electrical appliances, instrument components, in addition, in addition to the indoor power supply equipment, other items must not be stacked. Check the bus bar, equipment left on the tool metal materials and other objects. Organize the commissioning work, identify the commissioning commander, operator and guardian.

Three, pay attention to the main points

1. Check the complete set of equipment and its equipment foundation before installation, and install the box only after acceptance.

2. When installing, pull two foundation directness lines at 200mm from the top and bottom of the cabinet; Place the cabinets in the order specified in the drawing according to the reference, accurately adjust one cabinet, and then adjust other cabinets one by one; Adjust to the plate surface is consistent, arranged neatly.

3. The simulated bus is aligned and firmly installed. Plates, cabinets, and the devices in the cabinets are securely connected to each component.

4, after the installation is completed, the plate sign, the mark is complete, accurate, clear, the car, the drawer type cabinet push and pull flexible. Side by side distribution cabinets are arranged neatly, the seams between cabinets are smooth, the paint layer is complete and without damage, and the grounding of the cabinet body and cabinet door is firm and reliable.
