What are the five precautions for high and low voltage switchgear sets?

1. After the vacuum circuit breaker and ground knife in the high and low voltage switchgear are closed in the test position, the car circuit breaker cannot enter the working position. Its function is to prevent the on-load switch from closing.

2. When the grounding knives of the vacuum circuit breaker and the high and low voltage switchgear are closed, the grounding knives cannot be closed. Its function is to prevent the grounding wire from closing.

3. When the vacuum circuit breaker in the high and low voltage switchgear is closed during operation, it cannot exit the working position of the circuit breaker in the car, and the rear door of the screen cabinet is locked by the mechanical and cabinet door on the grounding knife. Its function is to prevent accidental entry into the live range.

4. When the vacuum circuit breaker in the high and low voltage switchgear is closed, the grounding knife cannot be put into operation, and the rear door of the screen cabinet is locked by the machinery on the grounding knife and the cabinet door. Its function is to prevent the grounding wire from being charged.

5. After the vacuum circuit breaker in the high and low voltage switchgear is closed in the experimental position of the car, the car circuit breaker cannot enter the working position or exit the working position. Its function is to prevent the knife from being pulled under load.

What are the precautions for installing high and low voltage switchgear sets?

1, the cabinet should not be impacted, so as to avoid skeleton deformation, or thin panel depression, surface coating collision, affecting the appearance.

2, parallel cabinet installation base channel steel requirements level (per meter allowed error 1 mm).

3. The base height of the handcart cabinet should be convenient for the handcart to enter and exit, and the ground should not form steps.

4. During transportation and installation, the vacuum interrupter should be protected. Especially when the main bus cable is installed at the top of the cabinet, the top of the vacuum switch should be covered with a hard plate to prevent tools and screws from falling and damaging the arc extinguishing chamber.

5, in the distribution of the main bus, it is necessary to connect with the electrical components of the bus, the joint should be connected reliably, so as not to affect the flow capacity. When the current is large, the joint must be lined with iron. The protective agent (conductive paste, Vaseline, etc.) should be coated on the conductive contact surface between bare copper and bare copper to achieve the purpose of oxidation and moisture resistance.

6, the cabinet of the secondary lead cable should be laid in accordance with the prescribed path, shall not hinder the activities of moving parts, and shall not be trampled in the future maintenance inspection.

7. The main ground bus of the cabinet must be reliably connected to the embedded ground network of the installation base to ensure continuous grounding reliability. After the cabinet installation is completed, the handover test shall be carried out according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Power.
