What is the installation and construction scheme of low-voltage distribution box?


1) Cabinet (panel) installation: The power distribution cabinet shall be placed on the foundation steel one by one according to the layout of the construction drawing. The adjustment of the vertical degree of the cabinet surface and side of the cabinet (plate) can be solved by the method of padding iron, but not more than three pieces, and welded firmly. After the cabinets (trays) are in place, the levelness of the cabinets and the deviation of the trays should be adjusted to meet the requirements of the construction code.

2) The wall-hanging distribution box can be fixed on the wall with expansion bolts, but dovetail bolts should be embedded in the hollow brick or block wall or fixed with pull bolts.

3) The installation of the distribution box should be embedded in the sleeve box, and the installation of the rear panel should be flat with the wall.

4) After the cabinet (plate) adjustment, use bolts to tighten the cabinet and the foundation steel.

5) Cabinet (panel) grounding: Each cabinet (panel) is connected to the base steel separately. The PE bar in the cabinet can be reliably connected to the grounding bolt with copper wire, and the spring washer must be added for anti-loose treatment. Each cabinet door shall be securely connected with the PE bank with copper braided wire.

6) The top of the cabinet (panel) should be connected with the bus bar. It should be noted that the bus bar matching wrench should be tightened according to the requirements. The contact surface should be coated with neutral Vaseline. When connecting a busbar between cabinets, check whether the busbar is too close to other components or shells, and ensure that the phase is correct.

7) Control loop inspection: Check whether the line is loose due to transportation and other factors, and tighten it one by one, and whether the electrical components are damaged. In principle, the control line of the cabinet (plate) is checked at the factory, and the line in the cabinet should not be adjusted privately, and the supplier should be contacted if the problem is found.

8) After the control line is calibrated, simmer each core wire into a circle and connect it to each terminal board with galvanized screws, eye rings and spring pads. Generally, one terminal on each side of the terminal board must press one wire. A maximum of two wires must be pressed. An eye ring must be added between the two wires. Multiple strands of wire should be boiled tin, no broken strands.
