Flanging and forming: In order to ensure the first pass rate after flanging and the interchangeability of similar parts, flanging must be processed using tooling positioning such as mold. Before mass production of hem processing, it is necessary to first sample trial folding processing (first piece inspection) to strictly check the geometric size, and then process after confirming that it is correct.
Welding forming
Before the parts are welded and formed, the electrical distribution box must be fully cleaned to ensure the welding quality. In order to ensure the accuracy and unity of the geometric size after welding, the positioning device such as fetal film and mold must be used during welding.
Grinding and polishing
After the product is welded, the welding joint must be polished and polished to make the surface smooth and smooth. When grinding and polishing parts, pay attention to step by step, do not exert too much force or stay in one place for too long, in order to avoid local overheating and make the workpiece defire discoloration, damage the surface quality of the workpiece.
Surface treatment of semi-finished products
Remove oil stains: Use K-12 type normal temperature degreaser, put the semi-finished product into a container containing degreaser for 2-5 minutes, stir a little, and then scoop it up and rinse it in a clear pool.
Pickling and rust removal: the rusted workpiece must be removed and pickling. Industrial hydrochloric acid (HCL) is used for rust removal. The container pickling tank containing hydrochloric acid needs to be made of acid-resistant materials such as polyvinyl chloride plate. After the oil removal, the workpiece is slowly immersed in the prepared hydrochloric acid solution for 5 to 10 minutes, and the surface rust spots are removed, and then rinsed in clean water.
phosphating
The phosphating of the steel plate is made of K-41 type rapid phosphating liquid at normal temperature, the phosphating liquid container phosphating tank medical polyvinyl plate and other acid-resistant materials. The rinsed workpiece is soaked in the phosphating liquid for 7-10 minutes, and a phosphating film can be formed on the metal surface of the workpiece. Rinse with water and dry in the sun or dry.
Spray molding
Powder coating such as phospholipid resin is used as spraying material. The phosphatized dry workpiece is hung on the front part of the cover of the powder collection device with an iron hook and on the cathode of the spraying equipment. The relevant polyester powder is evenly sprayed on the surface of the workpiece with a spray gun until the process requirements are met.
bake
After the parts spraying process is completed, the workpiece should be gently hung on the baking frame or placed on the baking tray, and the baking car filled with parts to be tested should be slowly pushed into the baking room, close the test door, and then heat up to bake. When baking, the temperature is controlled between 180 ° C and 185 ° C and the high temperature is maintained for 20-22 minutes.
