2. Prepare all the tools, materials, and electrical components used for wiring.

(1) Common tools: Phillips screwdriver, flat-head screwdriver, wire stripper, wire crimper, wire marking machine, multimeter, etc.

(2) Material: wire number tube, ribbon, sticker, cable, terminal (OT, UT, needle nose, etc.), winding tube, terminal, M5*10 bolt, etc.

(3) Components required by the pallet (go to the warehouse to receive different types of components according to the component layout).

2. Install cable troughs.

1. Punch an M5 hole on the power board.

(4) After installing all terminals according to the drawing, tap the front and back ends of the terminal block with pliers to make the terminals compact and neat. Check whether all terminals are installed in the same direction to prevent short circuits between terminals.

1. According to the drawings, the wiring is correct, and the wires and electrical components should be bolted, inserted or crimped firmly and reliably, and the wiring is good; And the wiring wire can not be exposed, as shown in the figure: PLC input and output end.

2. Select the color and model specifications of the wire according to the drawing prompts.

(1) Use different colors of wires to distinguish different uses, roughly divided into: three power supplies with yellow, green, red three colors. Use blue for neutral wire, yellow-green for ground wire, and black for signal electricity.

(2) Reasonable selection of the cross section of the wire.

When the cross-section of the conductor is too large, the cost of the line will be caused. When the cross section of the wire is too small, the circuit not only produces a large voltage loss and power loss during the operation of the circuit, but also often causes the wire joint to overheat, resulting in serious accidents such as wire breakage, and also limits the increase of the load in the future. According to the drawings, it is generally divided into: the cross section of the main circuit is greater than or equal to 4mm2; 2.5mm2, 1.5mm2 for 220V voltage circuit; 0.75mm2, 1mm2 for signal electrical circuit. Selection of ground wire cross section: 1.5 mm2 wire for components with small input voltage (such as PLC) and 2.5mm2 or more wire for larger components (such as frequency converters).

3. When wiring, check whether the signals at both ends of the wire correspond to avoid unnecessary errors. And the wire insulation is good, no damage, the wire on the switchboard does not need to have a connector.

4. Print line number: print correctly, legible and beautiful (line number tube white and pollution-free).

(1) The model of the selected line number tube should be consistent with the cable, and the line number tube should be inserted exactly in line with the cable.

(2) Adjust the size and section length of the line number machine: strong electric (three electric, etc.) the size is 5, section length: 22mm. Weak (signal) size is 3, section length: 18mm.

(3) Before stripping the cable, wire number. The loop number must be correct and the cable number must be in the same direction. For example, the wires of the terminal block are divided into the upper and lower rows. The first end of the upper row is outward while the bottom row is opposite. In order to facilitate the search of the loop, the wire number should be threaded at the wire head on each contact of the component.
