One-unit electrical sharing: What checks should be carried out before distribution installation?


1. On-site inspection of distribution devices.

1.1 After the power distribution device arrives at the site, acceptance inspection shall be carried out in time. In accordance with the supply contract, technical indicators, design requirements and the relevant provisions of the manufacturer.

1.2 Check and requirements before installation: ① The packing and sealing should be good, and the model and specification of the equipment and components should be correct. The geometry of the cabinet should meet the design requirements; ② The arrangement of equipment in the cabinet should be safe and reasonable to ensure that the switch cabinet maintenance is convenient; ③ The electrical appliances and components in the cabinet, insulated porcelain bottles are complete, no damage and cracks and other defects. The grounding wire shall meet the relevant requirements; ④ Safety protection devices or interlocking devices should be provided. Mechanical interlocking devices should not use steel wire; ⑤ The bus bar in the distribution device should be marked with the phase sequence color according to the national standard; Technical documents should be complete, the key parts should have a copy of the manufacturing license, the certificate number should be clear.

Second, the box installation requirements of the distribution device.

2.1 The allowable deviation of verticality, levelness, position deviation and non-parallelism of the installation of the foundation steel, and the top plane of the foundation steel shall comply with the regulations. At least two grounding places should be firmly connected and properly connected.

2.2 The grounding of the cabinet should be firm and reliable to ensure safety. The cross-sectional area of the bare copper cable connected to the metal cabinet must be greater than 4mm².

2.3 The cabinets shall be numbered in sequence. The allowable deviation of the verticality of the cabinets shall not be greater than 1.5‰, and the gap between the cabinets shall not be greater than 2mm. Rows of plates should not be larger than 5mm.

2.4 Each cabinet should be individually grounded with the base steel.

2.5 After the installation is completed, a comprehensive retest should be conducted and relevant records should be made.
