2. Prepare all materials for the assembly of the control cabinet

Third, install the electrical bottom plate

According to the layout of the bottom plate in the electrical drawing, measure the length of the groove and guide rail, and cut it with a saw bow. It should be noted that the groove should be placed on a flat place, the guide rail should be clipped to the bench vice saw, and the stitching should be smooth. After sawing, straighten it on the grinding wheel, use the electric drill to make fixed holes on the grooves and both ends of the guide rail. Lay out the cable slots and guide rails on the baseplate according to the design drawing, and mark their positions with a marker.
