What are the installation requirements of central air conditioning distribution cabinet in Southeast Asia?

The following are some general requirements for central air-conditioning distribution cabinet installation in Southeast Asia, which may vary depending on local electrical codes, standards, and actual engineering conditions:

1. Installation location: Select a location that is dustproof, waterproof, corrosion-proof, explosion-proof, well ventilated and at a suitable temperature. At the same time, it should be convenient for maintenance and operation, and the installation location should be safe and reliable, without affecting the normal activities of other equipment and personnel.

2. Grounding requirements: The grounding resistance must meet the requirements of local regulations (usually less than 4 ohms). The ground cable must be yellow and green, and must be connected to the grounding system of the building. Ensure that the PDC is properly grounded to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment and personnel.

3. Secure installation: The power distribution cabinet should be securely installed, and the devices in the disk should be securely connected to each component to avoid shaking or loosening during operation.

4. Wiring specifications:

- Wiring should be neat, beautiful, easy to maintain, in line with electrical safety standards.

- Indicate the number and purpose of the cable for easy identification and maintenance.

- The signal line is best to enter the control cabinet from one side to avoid line confusion. The shielding layer of the signal cable should be grounded at both ends.

- Analog signal and digital signal transmission should be shielded and routed separately, not used in the same cable slot, so as not to affect signal transmission.

- The motor cable should be independently routed to avoid long distance parallel with other cables. If the control cable crosses the power cable, the intersection Angle should be 90 degrees as far as possible.

5. Electrical clearance and creepage distance: The electrical clearance and creepage distance of each electrical component and device must comply with relevant regulations.

6. Cleaning and marking: The power distribution cabinet should be kept clean and free of debris and dust accumulation. The disk surface should be marked with clear and accurate identification, including loop number, indicator light, etc.

7. Protective measures: In places that may be contaminated by oil, oil-resistant insulated wires should be used or oil-proof measures should be taken.

8. Interlocking and protection devices: If there are two or more power supplies, interlocking devices should be installed between each power supply and the contact switch (except for the dispatch by the power supply department); Interlocking devices should also be installed between the isolation switch and the corresponding circuit breaker of the 10 kV indoor equipment.

9. Insulation requirements: carry out insulation tests to ensure that the insulation resistance of the line meets the requirements. For example, the insulation resistance of the feed line should be greater than 0.5 megohm, and the insulation resistance of the secondary circuit should be greater than 1 megohm.

10. Distance from other devices: Avoid installation too close to transformers, contactors and other devices that generate strong magnetic fields. The panel equipped with a monitor should not be installed near these devices to avoid magnetic field interference.

11. Reserved space: Reserve enough space for maintenance and maintenance before and after the PDC to meet routine maintenance and troubleshooting requirements.

12. Fire sealing: All holes in the distribution room and the partition wall or floor should be fireproof sealing to prevent the spread of fire.

13. Component quality: Select electrical components that meet standards and quality requirements to ensure reliable performance.

14. Follow local regulations: Strictly follow the local electrical installation codes and standards in Southeast Asia for construction and installation.

Before the actual installation, it is recommended to consult the local professional electrical engineers or related organizations to obtain detailed and accurate requirements based on the specific project and local conditions. At the same time, the construction is carried out by qualified and experienced installation personnel to ensure installation quality and safety.
