- Environmental requirements:
- The installation site should be dry, well ventilated, free of corrosive gases and dust, the ambient temperature between -5℃ and 40℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 90% (no condensation).
- Avoid installation in strong electromagnetic field interference, strong vibration or direct sunlight.
- Space requirements:
- The control cabinet should be installed in a position that is easy to operate and maintain, and sufficient heat dissipation space should be maintained between the wall or other equipment, and the distance between the front and back is generally not less than 800mm.
- The opening Angle of the cabinet door should not be less than 90° for easy maintenance.
- Grounding requirements:
- There must be a reliable grounding system, and the grounding resistance should meet the relevant standards, generally no more than 4Ω.
- The ground bus should be yellow-green two-color wire, and the connection is firm and reliable.
- Wiring requirements:
- The internal wiring should be neat and standardized, and cables of different voltage levels should be laid separately to avoid mutual interference.
- Cables should be securely secured to prevent loosening or falling off.
- The incoming and outgoing cables must pass through proper cable pipes or troughs to protect the cables from damage.
- Component installation requirements:
- Each component shall be correctly installed according to the design drawings and fixed firmly and reliably.
- The heating element should be installed in a position with good heat dissipation and keep a sufficient safe distance from the surrounding components.
- Display elements such as instruments and indicators should be installed in a position that is easy to observe.
