Preparatory preparation
Understand local standards and specifications: different countries in Europe may have their own electrical installation standards and specifications, such as IEC standards, so it is necessary to ensure that the installation work meets local specific requirements.
Confirm the installation environment: the distribution cabinet should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated, no violent vibration, far away from fire and water sources and convenient for operation and maintenance. At the same time, environmental temperature, humidity, altitude and other factors should be considered. Generally, the ambient air temperature does not exceed 40℃, the daily average humidity does not exceed 95%, the monthly average humidity does not exceed 90%, the altitude generally does not exceed 1000 meters, the earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees, and there is no fire, explosion danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
Inspection of equipment: Before installation, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the power distribution cabinet, including the specifications and models of the equipment body, accessories and spare parts that should meet the requirements of design drawings, complete accessories and spare parts, and complete product qualification certificates, technical data and instructions. The appearance inspection of the cabinet (panel) body shall be undamaged and deformed, the paint shall be intact, the internal electrical devices and components and insulating porcelain shall be complete, and there shall be no damage, cracks and other defects.
Installation process
Foundation installation: straighten the section steel, prefabricate the basic steel frame according to the drawing requirements, and brush the antirust paint. Place the prefabricated basic steel frame on the reserved iron pieces, level and align it with a level or spirit level, and adjust it with no more than three gaskets at most. Then weld the basic steel frame, embedded iron pieces and gaskets with electric welding, and the top of the basic steel should be 10mm higher than the screeding ground.
Installation of cabinet: Choose the appropriate transportation mode according to the weight and distance of the equipment, clear the road before transportation, ensure smooth and smooth, and use the correct lifting points for lifting. During installation, firstly, pull two datum lines 200mm away from the top and bottom of the cabinet, place the panels and cabinets in the order specified in the drawings according to the datum lines, and accurately adjust one panel and cabinet, and then adjust the other panels and cabinets one by one until the panels are consistent and orderly arranged, the panels, cabinets, equipment in the panels and cabinets are firmly connected with each component, and the analog buses are aligned and installed firmly.
Bus bar configuration: The bus bar configuration on the top of the cabinet (panel) requires that the verticality should be less than 1.5mm per meter, the tops of two adjacent panels should be less than 2mm, the tops of two adjacent panels should be less than 5mm, the sides of two adjacent panels should be less than 1mm, the panels should be less than 5mm, and the joints between panels should be less than 2 mm. 。
Secondary circuit wiring: Check whether all electrical components on the cabinet (panel) are consistent one by one according to the schematic diagram, and their rated voltage must be consistent with the control operation power supply voltage. Lay the control cable connecting line between the phase and the cabinet according to the drawing. After the control line is calibrated, simmer each core wire into a circle, and connect it to each terminal board with galvanized screws, eye sockets and spring pads. Generally, each terminal on each side of the terminal board presses one wire, with no more than two wires at most, and an eye socket is added between the two wires.
Safety and grounding
Safety protection device: The power distribution cabinet shall be equipped with complete safety protection devices, such as protection switch, leakage protector, overload protector, etc., and the corresponding specifications and models shall be selected according to actual needs to ensure its correct and reliable installation and sensitive action.
Grounding system: the foundation steel shall be reliably welded with the outdoor ground wire flat steel, and the welding surface shall be twice the width of the flat steel, and then the foundation steel shall be painted with gray paint twice. The metal box, frame and foundation steel of the distribution cabinet must be reliably grounded, and the grounding resistance should meet the requirements of local standards. The working zero line in the distribution box and the switch box should be connected through the terminal board, and should be separated from the protective zero line terminal board.
Identification and record
Disk identification: After installation, the disk signs and signs should be complete, accurate and clear, including the purpose and number of the electrical circuit, so as to facilitate future maintenance and operation.
