Preparation before installation
Comply with relevant standards: Ensure that all equipment and installation processes meet the Thai Industrial Standards (TIS). At the same time, refer to IEC, IEEE and other international standards, especially when some specific situations are not covered by Thai standards.
Design and planning: Carry out detailed load calculation to determine the required distribution capacity. Design reasonable system layout, including cable path, switch cabinet position, etc., and design effective grounding system to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
Material selection: Use products certified or recognized by PEA)/ MEA, such as circuit breakers, contactors and cables. Ensure that all materials used are of good quality and durability.
Drawing review and on-site inspection: submit detailed electrical drawings and technical specifications to PEA/MEA for approval. Ensure that the construction site meets all safety and installation requirements, such as cleanliness and ventilation conditions, and the space size and power access point meet the requirements.
Installation process
Professional team construction: professional electricians and technicians with corresponding qualifications will carry out the installation work.
Determine the location and foundation fabrication: choose a safe, dry and easy-to-maintain place to install, and the bottom of the power distribution cabinet should have a certain distance from the ground. For the floor-mounted distribution cabinet, a solid foundation should be made to support its weight and prevent it from tilting or moving.
Installation and fixation of cabinet: place the power distribution cabinet on the prepared basis or fix it on the wall with expansion bolts or screws according to the marked position to ensure firm fixation and horizontal and vertical.
Bus-line connection: according to the design drawings, connect the incoming and outgoing bus-lines and internal lines to ensure firm connection and good contact, correct phase sequence arrangement, and correct wiring to avoid short circuit or other electrical faults.
Installation of electrical components: install circuit breakers, contactors, relays and other electrical components, and make necessary wiring work to ensure that the components are firmly installed and all electrical components and instruments are arranged neatly.
Testing and debugging
Preliminary test: After the installation, conduct a preliminary test on the whole system to check whether the functions of each part are normal, such as whether the control switch and indicator light can work normally.
Insulation resistance test: measure the insulation resistance of all circuits to ensure that they reach a safe level.
Load test: Test under actual load conditions to verify the stability and reliability of the system.

Inspection and acceptance

Approval: Once it passes the inspection, it will be officially approved by PEA/MEA to allow power supply.
Training and maintenance
User training: provide necessary training for facility managers and operators so that they can understand the correct operation methods and daily maintenance procedures.
Regular maintenance: formulate and implement a regular maintenance plan to maintain the long-term reliable operation of the system, including checking the wiring connection and the working conditions of electrical components.
