Construction procedure for installation of electrical equipment engineering
First, the installation of electrical equipment construction procedures
(1) General construction procedures for the installation of electrical devices:
1, buried pipe and buried parts → equipment installation → wire and cable laying → loop connection → power inspection test and commissioning → trial operation → handover acceptance.
2. Carry out handover experiment
(2) Construction procedures for the installation of commonly used electrical devices
1. The installation procedure of the power station generator is:
Stator placement → Inspection and electrical test → rotor penetration → adjustment of air gap → Installation of auxiliary equipment and pipelines → overall air tightness test of hydrogen-cooled generator.
2. The general installation procedure of oil-immersed power transformer is:
Unpacking inspection → body sealing inspection → Insulation judgment → Equipment positioning →
Body inspection → attachment installation → oil filtration → oil injection → overall sealing test.
(2) Handover test
The role of the handover test:
1) Whether the equipment installation quality is qualified
2) Whether the equipment can be put into use
1. Handover test content of power cable:
1) Measuring insulation resistance;
2) DC withstand voltage test and leakage current measurement;
3) AC voltage withstand test;
4) Insulation oil test of oil-filled cables
5) Cross-interconnection system test
6) Measure the resistance of the metal shield and the resistance ratio of the conductor Check the phase at both ends of the cable line
Second, the construction requirements for the installation of electrical devices
(1) Electrical installation regulations
1. Inspection and acceptance of relevant construction works should be carried out before installation.
2. The storage period of electrical equipment and equipment before installation should be 1 year or less. The storage environment should be equipped with fire, moisture, dust, prevent small animals from entering and other measures; The porcelain pieces should be placed securely and not damaged.
2. Precautions for handover test:
(1) Around high-voltage test equipment and high-voltage leads, shielding and warning signs should be installed.
(2) When performing high voltage tests, there should be an adequate safe distance between the operator and the high voltage loop. For example: voltage class 6 ~ 10kV, without protection grid, the minimum safety distance is 0.7m.
(3) After the high voltage test, the DC test equipment and the equipment under test with large capacitance should be discharged multiple times, and the discharge time should be at least 1min or more.
(4) Where the absorption ratio of the motor is less than 1.2, it should be dried first and then AC voltage withstand test.
(5) The AC voltage withstand test of the circuit breaker should be carried out separately in the opening and closing states.
(3) Electrical circuit connection requirements
1. Verify that the power supply devices and electrical devices have been installed. The models, specifications, and installation positions of the power supply devices meet the requirements specified in the construction drawings
2. The electrical handover test is qualified, all building decoration work is completed and cleaned, and the environment where the electrical circuit is connected should be clean and tidy.
