GCK low-voltage extraction switchgear by power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC) two parts, suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users as AC 50Hz, In the power distribution system with the maximum working voltage to 660V and the maximum working current to 6300A, it is used for the power conversion and distribution control of power distribution, motor control and lighting distribution equipment.
GCK low-voltage draw-out switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is composed of two parts: power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC). The device is suitable for AC 50(60)HZ, rated working electricity is less than or equal to 660V, rated current 6300A and below the control and distribution system, as power distribution, motor control and lighting and other distribution equipment.
The PC cabinet is responsible for the power supply of large capacity loads, so the frame type air switch is generally used in the PC, and a PC has only 2-3 loops, according to the power design regulations,75KW and above loads are powered by the PC.
MCC is responsible for power supply to small and medium-sized capacity loads, so MCC generally uses plastic 売 switch, an MCC can have 5-20 circuits, according to the power design regulations,75KWN below the load is powered by MCC.
GCK switchgear conforms to IEC60439-1 "Switchgear and control equipment of any voltage", GB7251.1-1997 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB/ T140481-93 "Switchgear and control equipment of any voltage" and other standards.

Structural characteristics
1, the whole cabinet adopts assembly type combination structure, modular hole installation, parts have strong universality, good applicability and high standardization.
2. The upper part of the cabinet is the bus room, the front part is the electrical room, and the back part is the wire inlet and outlet room. Each room has a steel plate or insulation board for isolation to ensure safety
3. The door of the MCC cabinet drawer compartment is mechanically interlocked with the operating handle of the circuit breaker or isolation switch, and the door can be opened only when the handle is in the breaking position
4, the power switch, contact switch and MCC cabinet has three positions: on position, test position, disconnect position
5, the top of the switch cabinet can be installed according to the power needs of the bus bridge.
