    1. The following basic requirements should be paid attention to during the installation and construction of the integrated wiring system project

    (1) The construction must be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Integrated Wiring System Engineering of Buildings and architectural Groups. In the actual construction process, if the content not included in the above code is encountered, it can be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Code for Engineering Design of Integrated Wiring System of Buildings and architectural Groups, or it can be handled according to the engineering design requirements.

    (2) In the construction process, we must pay attention to the quality, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the construction and acceptance specifications, strengthen self-inspection, mutual inspection and on-the-job inspection and other technical measures. The construction or supervision personnel must strengthen the technical supervision and project quality inspection of the site in accordance with the requirements of the above specifications, and strive to eliminate all hidden dangers caused by the construction quality. All the contents and inspection methods of the project for on-the-job acceptance and completion acceptance shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Integrated Wiring System Engineering of Buildings and Architectural Groups.

    (3) During the installation and construction of the integrated wiring system project, we should strive to do not affect the strength of the building structure, do not damage the aesthetic requirements of the internal decoration, and do not reduce the use of other system functions and hinder the smooth communication of users.

    (4) Preparation before the construction of the integrated wiring system.

    (7) Inspection of equipment, apparatus, instruments and tools.

The electrical performance indexes of wiring and equipment should all meet the requirements of current standards in our country.

    2) Inspection requirements of connector parts: The plastic material of wiring modules (including wiring bars, etc.), information sockets and other connector parts should have flame retardant performance. The type and specification and quantity of the connector used in the optical fiber socket should be consistent with the provisions in the design. The panel of the optical fiber socket should be clearly marked to indicate the transmission and reception, to show the difference and easy to use. The specifications of the cable connection box and its accessories should meet the design requirements, and various bonding materials and adhesives should be checked for their validity period, which exceeds the validity period, and shall not be used in the project to ensure the quality of the bonding part.

    3) Test instrument inspection and requirements: test instrument should be able to test three, four, five types of twisted pair symmetrical cable of various electrical performance, before installation and construction should check whether the instrument is damaged or there is a large error, such as found problems should be timely debugging and correction, ready for use. The accuracy requirements of the test instrument shall be considered according to the second-level accuracy requirements stipulated in T/A/E/A TSB67. If necessary, it shall be verified by the relevant professional metrological departments and obtained the confirmed certificate before it can be used in the project. Some important and valuable instruments or instruments in integrated wiring system engineering, such as optical fiber splicer, cable core splicer and cutter, should be established custody responsibility system, and special personnel should be responsible for the use, handling and maintenance and storage to ensure that these instruments can work normally.

    4) Inspection of construction tools: construction tools are the necessary conditions for installation and construction, before the installation and construction of tools should be counted and inspected, especially the climbing ladder, to check whether it is firm, so as to avoid injury accidents, power tools must be checked in detail and power testing, to check whether there is a hidden danger of leakage, only when it is confirmed that there is no problem, can be used in the project.

    2. Equipment installation of integrated wiring system engineering

    (1) Installation of rack equipment

    1) After the installation of the rack and equipment, its horizontal and vertical degree must meet the requirements of the manufacturer, if the manufacturer does not specify, the rack and equipment are required to be perpendicular to the ground, and the vertical deviation of the left and right should not be greater than 3mm.

    2) All kinds of parts on the rack should not be missing or damaged, the equipment should not be left inside the cable and other debris, all kinds of signs should be unified, complete, clear and eye-catching.

    3) The frame and equipment must be firmly installed and reliable, all screws must be tightened, no loose, lack, damage or rust and other defects, the frame should not shake.

    4) In order to facilitate the operation of construction and maintenance personnel, 1.5m space should be reserved in front of the rack and equipment, and the back of the rack and equipment should be greater than 0.8m away from the wall for personnel construction, maintenance and access. Devices in adjacent racks should be close to each other, and the surfaces of racks and devices in the same row should be aligned.

    5) If the two-sided distribution frame is installed on the ground, it should meet the following requirements: If the cable is led up from under the distribution frame, the base position of the distribution frame should correspond to the on-line hole of the cable at the end, so that the cable can be led straight into the frame. The vertical tilt error of the upper and lower ends of each straight column should not be greater than 3mm, and the horizontal error of the base should not be greater than 2mm per square meter. The jumper ring and other devices are firm, and their positions should be neat, straight and consistent. The terminal should be divided into the connection area according to the purpose of the cable for connection, and various signs should be set to show the difference.

    6) If the distribution frame is installed on the wall of a single-sided distribution frame, the wall must be solid and reliable, and can bear the weight of the frame, and the bottom of the frame (cabinet) should be 300 ~ 800mm from the ground, depending on the specific situation. The terminal should be divided into the connection area according to the cable use, so as to connect, and set a mark to show the difference.

    7) The grounding device of the frame, equipment, metal steel pipe and trough shall meet the requirements specified in the design and construction and acceptance standards, and maintain good electrical connections. Grounding washers should be used at all connections with ground wires. The sharp corners of washers should puncture the coating of iron parts. It is only allowed to be installed once, and the installed gasket must not be removed and reused to ensure that the grounding circuit is unobtrusioned.

    (2) Installation of connected hardware and information sockets

    The connection hardware and information socket in the integrated wiring system are important parts, and the quality of its installation directly affects the quality of the connection and inevitably determines the quality of the transmission information. Therefore, pay attention to the following requirements during installation:

    1) The model, specification and quantity of the connecting hardware, such as the wiring module, must be used with the equipment. Configure according to user needs, ensure that the connection hardware is correctly installed, the number is intact, the cable connection area is clearly demarcated, and the logo should be complete, correct, complete, clear, and eye-catching to facilitate maintenance and management.

    2) The connection hardware such as the connection module must be installed firmly and stable without loosening, and the panel on the surface of the device should be kept on a horizontal surface to ensure that it is beautiful, neat, straight and consistent.

    3) When the line is connected to the connection module, the outer sheath length of the cable is stripped according to the standard process requirements, and the wire pair is clipped to the connection module with the wiring tool. At the same time, the excess wire heads are cut off and cleaned up to avoid line obstacles that affect the quality of communication.

    4) The integrated wiring system has a variety of information sockets, and the installation and construction methods are also different, and the specific requirements are as follows:

    The ground information socket installed on the ground or on the raised floor is composed of two parts: a junction box body and a socket panel. The junction box body is buried under the ground, and the box cover is flush with the ground and can be opened. It is required to be strictly waterproof and dustproof. When not in use, the socket panel is flush with the ground and must not affect People's Daily actions.

    The information socket installed on the wall should be about 30cm above the ground. The specific number and installation location of the information socket as well as the specifications and models shall be equipped and determined according to the provisions of the design. The fixing method of the base of the information socket should be determined according to the specific conditions of the site construction, and the installation must be firm and reliable, without loosening. The information socket should be clearly marked, and color, graphics and text symbols can be used to represent the type of terminal equipment connected, so as to distinguish between them when used, so as to avoid confusion.
